This was my first visit to this particular Mike's Kitchen. I attended a birthday breakfast for a friend. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the breakfast buffet. R80ph with a huge selection on offer. On the downside, coffee is not included in the buffet and price per cup was R30. Even though the cup was large, I feel that the restaurants are making at least 300% profit on 1 cup. Every restaurant nowadays no longer offers bottomless coffee and I feel that it is completely unfair. I'm sure that restaurants are going to vigorously defend this charge, in light of the very reasonable buffet price, but when my coffee (3 cups over 2 hours) exceeds the buffet price, I feel that I have been cheated. I am not a big eater but sitting around waiting for all parties to finish breakfast means that I have to have some form of beverage in front of me. Please try this restaurant as, besides my criticism of the coffee, their food offerings and service is truly outstanding.

Great breakfast buffet if not one of the best. Great service and the milkshakes is so nice. Big selection to choose from. The lady who served us had all smiles and was very friendly and professional so I also post a pic of her. Well done and we will certainly be back for more. The Spinner family loved it. Anyone feels welcome and respect to all. Thanks

Best weekday lunch menu in town. Not only is the price mouth watering but the steaks are so fresh you would want to meet and kiss the farmer. bring friends bring family on weekend buffets its the perfect place to spend quality time without breaking the bank. especially the rump...you're are sure blow your daily allowance but it's ever well worth it. chilled vibe cosy and well balanced decor will not have you feeling any fatigue. Aside from slightly poor ventilation pound for pound it's now my most valued place to grab a quick but our so delicious meal.
